Our Concept Plan
The Perquimans Marine Industrial Park is the County’s primary economic development initiative. The Park is anchored by a 350-foot wide inland basin, which will accommodate marine-related businesses that need protected and bulk headed waterfront access. Also available is a 42-foot wide industrial boat ramp, which may be used to launch large watercraft.
